That this conveyance is made in the usual, ordinary course of business of the party of the first part. The conveyance of title hereunder shall not effect a merger of the following mortgages into the fee title of the above-described premises: (1 ) Mortgage in the principal amount of $2,500, 000 .00 made by Pudge Corp. to Apple Bank for Savings dated 02/26/88 and recorded on 03/01/88 in Liber 13867 page 35, which mortgage was assigned by Apple Bank for Savings to The North Fork Bank & Trust Company by assignment of mortgage dated 02/13/90 and recorded on 02/16/90 in Liber 15787 page 441, and which mortgage was further assigned from The North Fork Bank & Trust Company to Southold Savings Bank by assignment dated 07/25/91 and recorded 08/09/91 in Liber 16934 page 415, and further assigned by Southold Savings Bank to The North Fork Bank & Trust Company by assignment dated 08/31/90 and recorded 09/18/91 in Liber 17030 page 471; (2 ) Mortgage in the principal amount of $500, 000 .00 made by Pudge Corp. to The North Fork Bank & Trust Company dated 02/13/90 and recorded 02/16/90 in Liber 15787 page 428; (3) Consolidation Agreement made between Pudge Corp. and The North Fork Bank & Trust Company dated 02/13/90 and recorded 02/16/90 in Liber 15787 page 432 to form a single first lien in the principal sum of $3,000, 000 .00; (4) Mortgage dated July 25, 1991, in the amount of $179,791 .69, made by Pudge Corp. to Southold Savings Bank, which mortgage was recorded in the State of New York, Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on August 9, 1991, in Liber 16934 mp 387; (5) Consolidation and Extension Agreement dated July 25, 1991, made between Pudge Corp. and Southold Savings Bank consoli- dating the above mortgages and agreements to form a single first lien in the amount of $3, 127, 299. 09, which agreement was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on August 9, 1991, in Liber 16934 page 404 .
