Corporation and passing through a concrete monument 2766. 63 feet to a 1

the first part in and to Bridge Lane adjoining said premises on the
West.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by John P. Krupski, by deed dated May 26, 1944
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on May 29, 1944 in
Liber 2307, Page 338, except so much as taken by the County of
Suffolk for the widening of Middle Road (C.R. 27) , this deed being
given to correctly state the ownership of the parties as tenants
in common and not as joint tenants.
