BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Harbor Lane, 1172. 15
feet southerly along said westerly line from the Main Road (N.Y.S.
Route 25) ;
1 x THENCE from said point of beginning running along other lands now
or formerly of Lademann the following two (2) courses and distances :
(1) South 64 dggrees 44 minutes 30 seconds West 190.0 feet;
(2) South 25° degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds East 200.0 feet to
other lands of Dalchet Corporation;
THENCE along said last mentioned lands South 64 degrees 44 minutes
30 seconds West 120 feet, more or less, to .lands now or formerly of
Luglio and others;"
THENCE along the last mentioned lands the following two (2) courses
and distances :
(1) North 23 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds West 7 feet, more or
less, to a monument;
(2) North 24 degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds West 343 feet, more or
less, to other lands of Dalchet Corporation;
THENCE along said last mentioned lands North 64 degrees 44 minutes
30 seconds East 305 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of
Harbor Lane;
fi THENCE along the said westerly line of Harbor Lane South 25 degrees
15 minutes 30 seconds East 150 feet to the point or place ef'BEGINNING. .

THIS conveyance is made in the ordinary course of business of the
