The clearing of the above property was done at the request of the insurance company, which had intentions of dropping the homeowner's coverage on the property due to the extent of the trees, overgrown brush and extent of potential damage to the structure. A deadline was imposed of September 14th for this work to have been completed. Additionally, the very top of the embankment was cleared in preparation of the new waterline and utility service being run to the building. The survey indicates the location of the water meter at the western tip of the property and its location is to enter the house under the deck and into the existing utility room. Mr. Macan was unaware that a permit from your office was needed to clear the property in order to move forward with the repairs and updates to the house, the yard included. This letter is simply a statement of why the clearing took place and is by no means an excuse. A silt fence has been put in place, on the day it was requested, after your site inspection. Upon completion, photos were forwarded to the Trustee office. he is happy to address any concerns you may have and is willing to protect the property and wetlands however you see fit in order to move forward with the proposed renovation as indicated on the administrative application. If you have any additional requests, questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me in my office and I will coordinate with the homeowner. mcerel , i Nancy D e ' avail-FW:Thomas' new home- Lirs required prior to 9/14 Page 1 of 4 tr Alexandra Macari<alexandramacari@gmail.com> byGUl?Gzti FW: Thomas' new home- repairs required prior to 9114 1 message Sheila Taylor<STaylor@mrwgroup.com> Thu, Aug 27, 2015 at 3:23 PM To:Alexandra Macari<alexandramacari@gmail.com> Good Afternoon Alex, Below is an email that was sent to you regarding Thomas's home inspection.
