WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and imProvements thereon erected situate,
lying and beingatOtlhex at Cutehogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New YorK bounded and described as follows :
f � BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Middle Road
JJ where the same is intersected by the southwesterly end of a curve
connecting the northerly side of Middle Road with the southwesterly
side of Bridge Lane; running thence along the northerly side of
Middle Road South 70036140" West, 312.46 feet to land now or for-
megly of Agnes D. McGunnigle; running thence along said land North
46 23 ' 30" West, 2516.12 feet to land now or formerly of Society
for the Propagation of the Faith; running thence along said land
North 45041140" East, 368.12 feet to the southwesterly side of
Bridge Lane; running thence along the southwesterly side of
Bridge Lane the following 3 courses and distances : (1) South
45031130" East, 827.92 feet; (2) South 49018100" East, 204.23
feet; (3) South 46039140" East, 1554.51 feet to the northerly end
of the curve first above mentioned; running thence in a general
southwesterly direction along said curve bearing to the right
having a radius of 65 feet a distance of 133.04 feet-to the norther:.y
side of Middle Road at the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a part of the same Premises conveyed
to the grantors , Antone Pawluczyk and Bertha Pawluczyk, his wife,
in a deed dated December 17, 19429 recorded December 23 , 1942 in
the Suffolk County Clerk 's Office in Liber 2267 of deed at page -
` 320.
1 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
• AND the party of the first part covenants as follows: that said party of the first part is seized of the said
premises in fee simple, and has good right to convey the same; that the party of the second part shall quietly
enjoy the said premises; that the said premises are free from incumbrances, except as aforesaid; that the
party of the first part will execute or procure any further necessary assurance of the title to said premises; and
that said party of the first part will forever warrant the title to said premises.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
