Running thence from said point or place of beginning along land now or formerly of
Heidtmann and Sons, Inc. North 25 degrees 28 minutes 40 seconds West 255. 00 feet;
Thence North 63 degrees 24 minutes East 160. 00 feet to land now or formerly of
Penny and Luce;
(I Thence along said land South 25 degI'ees 29 minutes UU seconds rust 256, 84 feet to
Ithe Northerly side of Pine Tree Road;
Thence along the Northerly side of Pine Tree Road the following two courses and
distances: (1) South 63 degrees 54 minutes West 119. 70 feet;
(2) South 64 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds West 40. 30 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in Deed dated 4/26/73
recorded 5/24/73 in Liber 7404cp547.
Subject to covenants, easements and restrictions of record.
Subject to a mortgage now a lien on the aforesaid premises held by the North Fork
i Bank and Trust Company in the unpaid amount of 503, 306. 99 , which mortgage debt
together with interest thereon the grantees hereby assume and agree to pay. Said
mortgage was dated 8/7/73 and recorded on 8/14/73 in Liber 6823mp476 and extend-
ed by an Extension Agreement dated 5/7/74 recorded 7/16/74 in Liber 7119mp538.
