THIS INDENTURE, made the 23rd day of September ,nineteen hundred and Seventy five
BETWEEN EDWARD LIVINGSTON GIBSON, a surviving tenant by the
entirety, residing at 1135 Carukin Street, Franklin Square,

party of the first part, and
EDWARD LIVINGSTON GIBSON,
residing at 1135 Carukin Street, Franklin Square, N.Y.
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable cousidetadon
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the hefa
rX or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
I. ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, Eituste,
lying and being*YAR at or near Matti tuck i n the Town of Southol d, County of
' I* Suffolk; State of New York; bounded and described as fellows:
BEGINNING at a point at highwater mark on the shore of the water known
as Mattituck Creek distant about 266 feet easterly from the south-
westerly corner of the land of Emma Young and the southeasterly corner
of the land of Sybil Young at a point directly in front of the middle
line of the doorway of Bungalow #1 and running thence 25 feet easterly
along the said Mattituck Creek; running thence northerly or nearly so
and parallel with the westerly line which divides the property of
Emma W. Young and Sybil Young, 300 feet; thence at tght angles with
the westerly line of the property of Emma W. Young, 50 feet; thence
southerly and parallel with the westerly line of the property of Emma
W. Young, 300 feet to the highwater mark of Mattituck Creek; thence
easterly along the said Mattituck Creek 27 feet to the point or place
of beginning. Said dimensions being more or less.
ALSO all that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, near the Village of Mattituck,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at highwater mark at the southwesterly corner
of land of Dora I . Gibson and about 224 feet easterly, or nearly so
from land of Sybil T. Young; running thence westerly on the south and
parallel with the waters of Mattituck Bay 25 feet; thence northerly on
the west and parallel with said land of said Sybil T. Young 300 feet;
thence easterly on the north and parallel with the land of Errma W.
Young 25 feet; thence southerly on the east and parallel with said
land of Dora I . Gibson 300 feet to the point or place of beginning.
The grantor herein is one- of the grantees in deed recorded in Liber
5744 Page 554, in Suffolk County ' Clerk ' s office. The other grantee s

the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive he consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fu 11Ep1Rhufor the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
