c.The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d.Upon approval of this application,the Building laspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such a pernu

porting our annual gas volume•corninitment under Public service CoWission
regulations.
Where a gas seryi,_e is extended from an existing gas main for gas space
heating we will install , without cost, up .to 75' of service, except for ,

Your priority number will expire 60 days after gag service is installed.
If your priority number expires, eligibility for future applicatien- will =
depend on the gas supply available at that time.
We intend to -Install the gas service as shown on the enclosed drawing
with the gas meter to be installed outside the building. In the case of -
a new service, if the water service, cesspool , sewer line or any other
below-the-surface facility exists or is planned to be installed within
three feet of the proposed gas location, please advise us at once. Oar
installation is contingent upon the granting of a permit to open the 'road.
