PART HEREOF FOR DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the pai-ty of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of thefirst part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

All that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the
southeasterly line of. Sound View Avenue about 1000 feet
southwesterly along said line from Horton Lane, said point
of beginning being the westerly corner of land of George R.
Jennings Estate and the northerly corner of the premises
herein described; running thence along said land of George
R. Jennings Estate, 5 courses, as follows:

monument set on a ditch; thence along said ditch

Section No. 54 on the Tax Maps of the Town of Southold,
being commonly known as 11890 Soundview Avenue, Southold,
New York.
SUBJECT to easements, restrictions and ordinances of
record, if any, and such state of facts as an accurate
survey would show.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
Stanley and Marta Wiepzynski by Norman C. Billard, by deed
dated September 6, 1958 and recorded in the office of the
Suffolk County Clerk on the 9th day of September, 1958 in
Liber 4511 of conveyances at Page 366.
