Wertenberg, his heirs, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and grantees of a right-of-way for ingress and egress over such portion of said 24 foot right-of-way known as Fox Hollow Road above described and conveyed, and SUBJECT to all existing rights-of-way heretofore conveyed by William H.
