I am the attorney for Alberta A. Bonkoski Who owns premises at 326 Knapp Place, Greenport, New York. 2. I have' discussed the existing structures on the premises with Mrs. Bonkoski and she has informed me that they inClude a one- family dwelling, detached garage, shed (used as a scallop shop), and smokehouse. 3. That all of the structures and the uses therein have' been in existence in excess of thirty years. 4.
