Tax Roll: occupied: William C. Bond J. Creg Wheeler Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy I made an inspection of dwelling at above captioned premises. I was admitted to dwelling by Charlene Mudge and began this inspection at approximately 10:40 A.M. This building is a one story wood framed structure constructed on a cement block foundation. Ground floor has two bedrooms, a living room, dining room,kitchen and full bathroom. Heat is furnished to all rooms from an oil fired forced warm air furnace located in full cellar. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Code of the Town of Southold, N.Y. were found: ~front stoop, two b~icks missing at top riser in path of · Article II, Section 52-28 A. Electric-ceiling light fixture not working in kitchen, this lighting ~ operates from switch located at rear entry to building. Electric switch for ceiling light fixture in south east corner of cellar is hanging from conductor, and not fastened to solid surface. Improper connection of electric water pump at pressure switch. Ceiling light fixture at south west corner of cellar, fixture is broken, socket exposed. Open electrical junction box on floor joist near furnace. Improper connection of stack switch in furnace. Covers removed from relay switches in furnace. Plates removed from outlet and switch at rear entry to kitchen. Article V, Section 52-56 A.1.2 5 and Section 52-56 B.2. Stair-cellar, lower end of hand rail not secured to wall. Open si-~of stair five risers. Article II, Section 52-27 B. ScreeninE-no screens on windows and entry doors.
