Commercial buildings, Industria[ buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. The house located at 2215 Pine Tree Road, Cutchouge, New York was built prior to April 23rd, 1957. 2. The condition of the house is excellent. 3. This is a one family dwelling. I am making this affidavit to induce the Town of Southold, Building Department, to issue a pre-existing Certificate of Occupancy and to the best of my knowledge and belief this information is true and correct.
