PARCEL II• ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, 1 ing and being in the County of Suffolk, at Mattituck, Town of Southold, New York, bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of a certain right of way made and entered into between George B. Reeve and his wife, Florence B. Reeve and Phebe Hollister by instrument dated November 23, 1906 and recorded in the Uffice of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 5th day of September, 1907 in Liber 629 at page 168 where the said westerly line intersects the northerly line or side of a thirty foot right of way running westerly therefrom, which said rht of way has been es Itablished heretofore and is now laid out andlin use. I THENCE westerly along the northerly side of said last mentioned Iright of way 103.55 feet to a stone set in the easterly side of a third right of way, which has been laid out and is now in use, extend- ing northerly and parallel with the first named right of way and one hundred feet westerly therefrom; THENCE northerly along the easterly side of said third mentioned right of way, 97.2 feet to a stone monument which is set at the inter- section of the easterly side of said right of way and the southerly line of property heretofore conveyed to Hazel Y.
