RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning through lot 421 as shown on the above mentioned map North 68 degrees, 30 minutes, 20 seconds East 102 feet to a point; thence through Lot 421 and 422 as shown on the above mentioned map North 14 degrees, 23 minutes, 40 seconds East 172. 01 feet to the division line between Lots 422 and 414 as shown on the above men- tioned map.
