AND SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all covenants and restrictions as set forth in a deed dated December 21, 1931 between Henry Barning and Jean Y. Barning, his wife, and William C. Brons, and recorded in the Clerk of Suffolk County Office on December 22, 1931 in Liber 1623 at pages 487 &c. The purpose of this deed is to create a tenancy by the entirety between William C.
