CORSO, as Sheriff of the County of Suffolk, Stat y' 1( of New York, with an office at County Road 51 (Center Drive) , � C11 Riverhead, New York, party of the first. part, and RACHEL BUCICLEX, ' residing at 59-42 48th Avenue, Woodside, Queens County, New York# party of the second part; I WHEREAS, a certain Judgment was issued out of the Supreme Court. V of the State of New York, County of Suffolk on the 10th day of k June, 1971, duly made by Mr. Justice Thomas M. ALBERTSON RECORDED OCT 14 fits Clerk of Suffolk eour ►+r 5t J ' 4 1,. , a a:mr.gM. � T n + >M t 1 � k . ti a .+. . 79Z r right, title and interest which the said JOHN BUCKLEY had ,on the 10th day of June, 1971, or any time afterward, of, in and tos "ALL that certain, lot, piece or parcel of land, a situate, lying and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, New York, known and designated as lot #133, Block 10, on a certain map entitled, "Map of Captain Kidd Estates, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 19, 1949 as Map #1672, which said lot is bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the easterly side of Linda Road at the extreme northerly end of a curve having a radius of 250 feet and length of 39. 27 feet connecting the northerly side of Captain Kidd Drive and the easterly side of Linda Road; running thence North 12 degrees 34 minutes West along the easterly side of Linda Road 95 feet; thence North 77 degrees 26 minutes East 100 feet; thence South 12 degrees 34 minutes East 120 feet to the northerly side of Captain Kidd Drive; thence South 77 degrees 26 minutes West along the northerly side of Captain Kidd Drive 75 feet to the extreme southerly end of the afore- mentioned curve; thence along said curve a distance of 39. 27 feet to the easterly side of Linda Road, the point or place of BEGINNING.
