BAUM and a LYNN MICFIAELS BAUN:, his wife both residing at 45St. Mark' s Place New York, New York I party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs _ or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon erected situate„ lying and being in the 'Down of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of t? Can Tuyl, .; L.S ,” and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk `i on March 28, 1935 as Map No . 1179, and more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner thereof at a monument set at the point of intersection of the easterly side of Pine Tree Road with the northerly line of Lot No. 15 as shown on the above mentioned filed trap; running thence North 21 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds West along the easterly side of said road 70.45 feet to the southerly line of Lot No. 17 as shown on the above mentioned filed map; running thence North 87 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds East along the southerly line of said Lot No. 17 , 309 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high-water mark of Little Creek; running thence in a general southerly direction along said high-water mark to the northerly line of the aforementioned Lot No. 15, the distance of said last mentioned boundary as measured along a tie line running South 6 degrees 13 minutes East being 66.77 feet; running thence South 87 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds West along the northerly line of Lot No. 15, 290 feet to the monument set at the point or place of BEGINNING. The grantees herein, Harry A .
