Way running from the Southwesterly corner of said premises in an Easterly

Southerly direction to Reeve Avenue and being more fully described as

BEING the same premises conveyed to the parties hereto from Esther P.
Schatt by deed dated 5/7/1959 and recorded 5/19/1959 in Liber 4628
cp 110, it being the intention of the party of the first part herein to
convey all his interest in said premises to the party of the second j
