WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lot 25 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Terry Waters" ,
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 29,
1958 as Map No. 2901, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Bayview Road where same is
intersected by the dividing line between Lot Number 26 and Lot Number 25 as
shown on the above referenced map;
RUNNING THENCE along said dividing line between Lot Number 26 and Lot Number 25
South 21 degrees 59' 30" Westl50.00 feet to the intersection of Lots 26, 25 and
50 as shown on the above referenced map;'
RUNNING THENCE along the dividing line/between Lot Number 25 and Lot Number 50
as shown on the above referenced map North 68 degrees 00' 30" West 116.00 feet
to the Easterly side of Longview Lane;
RUNNING THENCE Northerly along the Easterly fide of Longview Lane North 21
degrees 59' 30" East 130.00 feet and on a curve to the right having a radius

RUNNING THENCE Easterly along the Southerly side of Bayview Road South 68

Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated 3-19-74
Section and recorded 4-2-74 in Liber 7614 of deeds at page 121 in the Suffolk County
