by the intersection of the southerly side of the Main Road with the easterly side
of Pequash Avenue, at a certaincement monument-;-,,and

THENCE RUNNING Westerly along land of Edmond Mahoney (formerly land of
Alice Howard) a distance of 100 feet to a certain cement monument on Pequash
Avenue; and
RUNNING THENCE Northerly and along the east side of said Pequash Avenue a
distance of 153.9 feet to a certain cement monument to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first
part, of, in and to the Main South Road and Pequash Avenue lying adjacent to the
said property to the center line thereof.
