paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heir
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and

Suffolk on March 19, 1928, as Map Number 331, and being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on present high water line of Great Peconic Bay where
the easterly side of lot 2 on map aforesaid intersects said high water line of
Great Peconic Bay; thence along dividing line between Lot 2 and 3, North 51 28'

thence in a southeasterly direction along the present high water line of Gardiner's
Creek 70 feet more or less to the westerly line of Lot 4; thence along the divi-

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
