L Il � oc' Z( THIS INDENTURE,m'dde the 29th day of November , nineteen hundred and ninety—four BETWEEN JOHN FORESTIERI , residing at 845 Mill Creek Drive, Southold, New York 11971 DISTRICT SECTION BLOCK OT 6E FIR F CI [ZD party of the first part, and 0 12 17 21 20 MICHAEL PISACANO, residing at (no# ) Herricks Lane, Jamesport, New York 11947 party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first Part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, DIST: 1000 lying and being in the at Paradise Shores, Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State SEC. : 80 of New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BLK. 1 BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of a 20 foot right of way distant 200 feet Northerly LOT. 24. 1 from a point where the Easterly side of said 20 foot right of way intersects the Northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Hamre; said point also being a distance of 1250 feet, more or less, from Bayview Road; RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning, North 19 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds East along said Easterly side of a 20 foot right of way 90.94 feet to a point and land now or formerly of Selzer, THENCE South 69 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East along last mentioned land 136.21 feet to a point and subdivision known as "Map of Reydon Shores" map no. 631; THENCE South 20 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West along last mentioned subdivision 90.94 feet to a point and lands now or formerly of Clark; THENCE North 69 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds West along last mentioned land 135.42 feet to the Easterly side of a 20 foot right of way at the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with the right of way over the said existing 20 foot right of way from the road leading from Bayview to Peconic Bay. The Grantor herein being the same person as the named Grantee in a certain deed dated 10/23/90 recorded 4/1/91 in Liber 11240 cp 316. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part ir and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid- eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
