BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by a deed dated July 1 , 1969 and recorded on July 23, 1969 in Liber 6590 cp 19. TOGETHER with the use of a right of way from property above described to North Road or Sound Avenue. SUBJECT to a mortgage held by the Bank of Babylon.
