party of the first part, and the FIREMEN'S ASSOCIATION OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK,
a New York corporation created by special act of the Legislature-of the State of New
York, having it's principal office for the transaction of it's financial affairs located a
number 86 Woodward Street,- Roslyn Heights, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALLtharcertain-riot, piece or parcel of land, with the-buildings and improuements-thereon_orected, situate,
lying and being i i= at Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, known and
designated as Lots No. 10 and 11 on Map of Property of Mattituck Development
Company, Inc. , Mattituck, Long Island, New York," made by Daniel R. Young, Sur-
veyor, December 1922 and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 776,
as Shore Acres.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and
to land lying within the bounds of any highway adjacent to said premises to the cen-
ter line thereof. Subject to utility company easement of record, if any.
Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed from Ethel M.
Wells recorded on May 25, 1945 in the Suffolk Coun ty Clerk's Office in Liber 2449
of Deeds, cp. 142 and by deed from Sohn W. Butterworth recorded on June 26, 1951
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3231cp. 348.
The within designated property is located Qn Cedar Drive, Mattituck, New York.
