WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and No Cents
($10.00),lawful money of the United States,paid by the party of the second part,does hereby remise,
release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever,the unit known as No.G-14(hereinafter called"the Unit")in the buildings known
and designated as Crescent Beach Condominiums Town of Southold,County of Suffolk,designated and
described as Unit No.G-14 in the Declaration establishing a plan for condominium ownership of said
buildings and the land on which they are erected(hereinafter called the"Property"),made by the grantor
under the Condominium Act of the State of New York(Article 9-13 of the Real Property Law of the State

such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the costs of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using
any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
