successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Lupton Point Road (a private road) where the same is intersected by the
easterly side of land now or formerly of Elsie S. Bleimille;
RUNNING THENCE along said land,North 10 degrees 31 minutes West, 135.06 feet to Deep Hole Creek;
THENCE in a general easterly and southerly direction along Deep Hole Creek the following tie line course and distances:
1. North 50 degrees 51 minutes 20 seconds East,49.21 feet;

3. North 63 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East, 50.41 feet to a point;
