River, New York 11792, party of the first part, and PEARL HULSE
a/k/a PEARL VAUGHN, as 'iru$tee anis her sluecessors of the PEARL
HULSE a/k/a PEARL VAUGHN Revocable Trust dated February 24 , 1993,
with full power and authority to protect, conserve, sell, lease
or encumber, or otherwise manage and dispose of the herein
described property, whose post office address is Route 6, Randall
Road, Wading River, New York 11792, party of the second part:
The party of the first part, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) , lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of
the second part, remises, releases, and quitclaims to the party
of the second part, and such party' s heirs, and assigns forever,
all of that real property located in the County of Suffolk, State
of New York, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Lighthouse
Road, 698 .65 feet southerly along said easterly line
from Soundview Avenue; from said point of beginning
running along said land of Lind, North 48 degrees 34
minutes 40 seconds East - 160.00 feet; thence South 41
degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds East - 165 .00 feet;
thence along the center line of a 30 feet right of way;
South 48 degrees 34 minutes 40 seconds West - 160.00
feet to said easterly line of Lighthouse Road, thence
along said easterly line, North 41 degrees 18 minutes
20 seconds West - 165.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
THENCE with a right of way described as beginning at a
point on the easterly line of Lighthouse Road, 848.65 �.
feet southerly along said easterly line from Soundview y
Avenue; from said point of beginning running three
courses as follows: ( 1) North 48 degrees 34 minutes 40 '
seconds East - 461. 00 feet to land of Wiegand; thence
(2) along said land of Wiegand, South 30 degrees 02
minutes 40 seconds East - 30.60 feet; thence (3) South
48 degrees 34 minutes 40 seconds West - 455.00 feet to

York, covering the following described property:
