WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of situate,
lying and being in the Town of So

known and designated as Lot 67, as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map
of Harbor Lights Estates, Sec Three, Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, N.Y." made by Otto W. VanTuyl and Son, Licensed LandSurveyors,
Greenport, N.Y. and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on August 7, 1968 as Map No. 5147.
TOGETHER with an easement over the streets or roads shown on said filed
map to the nearest public highway.
TOGETHER with the use in common with others of the beach area and parking
area adjacent thereto, as shown on Map of Harbor Lights Estates, Section
One, Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y. , filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 8, 1965 as Map #4362; said
beach area having a depth of approximately 50 feet from the average high
water mark on Peconic Bay and having a length of 900 feet; more or less,
! as measured along the ordinary high water mark and said parking area

the beach area herein referred to.
Being the same premises heretofore conveyed to the party of the first
part by Frederick Reese and Harold Reese, by Deed dated December 30, 1975,
recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
February 10, 1976, in Liber 7984 Page 104.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
