CONSIDERATION
parry of the second parr,
WITNESSETH, that the parry of the fust part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being inEhe at Arshamomogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
DISTRICT BEGINNING AT a point on the westerly line of Carole Road, 200.20 feet southerly
1000 along said line from its intersection with the southerly line of Middle Road
(County Route 48);
RUNNING THENCE across Carole Road and along land of Stachtiaris two courses:
SECTION 1) North 61 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds East 106.74 feet; THENCE 2) South
052.00 74 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds East 20 feet, more or less, to the ordinary
high water mark of 'Old Cove" of Arshamomogue Pond;
THENCE southerly along said high water a distance of about 40 feet to land of ;
BLOCK Matos;
02.00 THENCE along said land and across Carole Road, South 61 degrees 59 minutes
10 seconds West 104 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of Carole Road
to other land of Ippolito;
LOT THENCE along said land, North 31 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds West 50.0 feet
7.5 to the point of BEGINNING.
Subject to a Right of Way 20 feet in width over Carole Road.
BEING A part of premises conveyed to Grantor herein by Deed dated August 1, 1973
Recorded July 8, 1974 in Liber 7669 at Page 572
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parry of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the ranter litres thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the parry of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the fust pare covenants that the parry of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the parry of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party' shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parry of the fust part has duly executed this deed the day and year fust above
written.
