n THIS DEED made the 3rd day of May, 1994 , between FEDERAL
NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, a corporation organized under an
Act of Congress and existing pursuant to the Federal National
Mortgage Association Charter Act, having its principal office in
the City of Washington, District of Columbia, and an office for
the conduct of business at 1900 Market Street, Suite 800,
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103 (hereinafter called the
Grantor) and Jeffrey S. Hodell
(hereinafter called the Grantee ) .
WITNESSETH, That the said Grantor for and in consideration
of the sum of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 Dollars
($ 115000. 00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto
the said Grantee , heirs and assigns:

UNDER AND SUBJECT to any existing covenants, easements,
encroachments, conditions, restrictions, and agreements affecting
the property.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the improvements, ways,
streets, alleys, passages, water, watercourses, right, liberties,
privileges, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatsoever hereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and
remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the
estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand
whatsoever of the said Grantor in law, equity, or otherwise
howsoever, of and to the same and every part thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property above described with
the hereditaments and appurtenances, unto the said Grantee,
heirs and assigns forever.
UNDER AND SUBJECT AS aforesaid.
AND the Grantor, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien
Law, covenants that the Grantor will receive the consideration
for this conveyance and will :hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose
of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using
any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
Grantor being fully satisfied, contented and paid, has
given, granted, bargained, sold, aliened, released, enfeoffed,
conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does give, grant,
bargain, sell, alien, release, enfeoff, convey and confirm to the
said grantee , heirs and assigns, the premises described herein.
Grantor covenants for itself and its successors to warrant
and defend all that is hereinabove described against all persons
lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof by,
through or under Grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this Deed to be
signed in its name and on its behalf by its Vice President, the
day and year first above written.
