- Installed dry erase board and window blinds for new Code
Enforcer office
- Installed lockable leverset on Code Enforcer’s door
Police Dept
- Installed water line for coffee pot at PD
- Rearranged Record Room
- Repaired slop sink, replaced faucet
- Adjusted water level in the Ladies Room toilet
Parks/Beaches/Road Ends
- Closed & cleaned beach bathrooms
- Removed, repaired & stored lifelines at beaches
- Repaired and stored lifeguard stands
- Removed benches from Mattituck Inlet
- Repaired stairs at Rocky Point Road Beach
- Disassembled and cleaned backflow device valve at McCabes Beach
- Community Pride clean up at Goldsmith’s Inlet
- Cleaned up beach debris at Goldsmith’s Inlet
- Removed garbage barrels at beaches
- Cleaned drain at Nassau Point road end to keep run off from
washing under stairway
- Weed whacked a path to Squirrel Island off Silvermere Road
- Cleaned up and trimmed all Town preserved properties
- Fabricated forms and filled with concrete for anniversary time

- Installed plywood over pool gate at unsafe property
- Secured Big Bubba and removed backstop windscreen
- Removed and stored beach signs
- Overseeded Silversmith’s Park
Highway
- Installed door casings on Mechanic’s Shop
- Insulated Carpenters Shop
Animal Shelter
- Constructed shaded dog platform shelters, installed roofing and
cross bracing
- Fabricated ramp for dog hut
Info Booths
- Repaired down spout at Laurel Info Booth
Mechanics/Auto
- Plowed for water management at REC due to storm
- Cleaned chain saws, installed new bolts and resealed it
- Assessed bus (N4), installed front tires
- Installed new fuel line in Peacock
- Complete service on New Holland tractor
- Replaced brakes pads, rotor & brake lines on PW9
- Installed tires on trailer
- Weld stop on passenger side on PW10
- Repaired tire on B11
- Adjusted brake on Walker
Prepared properties for Deer Management programs. Marked and
tagged trails, cleared parking areas.
Created and distributed packets for the 110 hunters on the Town
program. Conducted meetings, communicated with DEC and program
hunters on a regular basis.
Prepared for opening day on October 1.
Repaired sliding door on deer cooler. Replaced non repairable
condenser in the cooler.
Mowed, trimmed, weed whacked Town parks, beaches and properties.
