Tuyl and Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York, and which map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 24, 1953, as Map No. 2141, together with a described parcel lying on the Southerly side of Lot 12, said Lot 12 and described parcel when taken together are bounded and described accordingly as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly side of Park Way, said point being where the division line between Lots 11 and 12 on said map intersects the said Southwesterly side of Park Way, and from said point or beginning; running thence SOUTHEASTERLY along the Southwesterly side of Park Wayy, on an arc of a curve bearing to the left whose radius is 127.28 feet a distance of 85% feet to land now or formerly of Harry and Dorothy Kamp; thence SOUTH 19 degrees 42 minutes 35 seconds West along the last mentioned land 207.57 feet more or less to the approximate high water mark of Goose Creek; thence in a general Westerly direction along the approximate high water mark of Goose Creek having a tie line of NORTH 71 degrees OS minutes West 130.27 to land now or formerly of Carmela and Gilda Principi; thence along the aforesaid land NORTH 32 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds East 219.87 feet more or less to the Southwesterly side of Park Way at the point or place of BEGINNING.
