The foundation wall appears to have been constructed in substantial compliance with' the project plans and specifications by Sherman Engineering & Consulting PC dated December 1, 2014. At the time of the inspection, all concrete was in place and formwork removed (see attached photographs). Inspection of the footings, soil base, steel reinforcement, and connections to the previously existing foundation was not possible or performed. • Please contact me if you have questions or require clarification for this certification.
