boundary of land of one Kiernan a distance of 137.58 feet to a monument and the northerly or northwesterly line of land now or
formerly of Stella Thurm;
THENCE South 51 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds West,along last mentioned land a distance of 97.79 feet to a monument and
easterly line of land of Theodore Lethen;
