BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described on the
southerly side of Holbrook Road (Private)distant 194.73 feet easterly as measured along
the southerly side of Holbrook Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the
southerly side of Holbrook Road and the easterly side of Holbrook Road, said point of
