Jr.and Harry M.Precht were not married at the time of conveyance,or at any point in time;
and erroneously named in prior correction deed dated December 26,2012 recorded January

GEORGE H.PRECHT,JR.is executing this deed in his capacity as Executor of the Estate
of Harry M.Precht,and in his individual capacity,in order to clear title and extinguish any
confusion as to erroneously recorded prior deeds, specifically to clarify the erroneous
conveyance in prior deed dated June 15,2012 recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on June 18,2012 at Liber D00012696 at Page 548 erroneously conveying title to George H.
Precht,Jr.and Harry M.Precht as joint tenants by the entirety as George H.Precht,Jr.and
Decedent(Harry M. Precht)were not married at the time of conveyance,or at any point in
time; and erroneously named in prior correction deed dated December 26,2012 recorded
January 4,2013 at Liber D00012716,Page 160 as Joint Tenants by the Entirety,as George H.
Precht, Jr. and Harry M. Precht were not married at the time of conveyance, at time of
correction deed,or at any point in time. The conveyance in the prior deed and correction
deed intended be to George H.Precht,Jr.and Harry M.Precht as Joint Tenants with Rights
of Survivorship.
GEORGE H.PRECHT,SR.is executing this deed in his individual capacity,in order to
clear title and extinguish any confusion to a potential life estate in the property that may be
inferred from erroneously recorded prior deeds, specifically to clarify and extinguish any
potential life estate(erroneously named in prior deed dated June 15,2012 recorded June 18,
2012 at Liber D00012696,Page 548 as erroneously retaining a life estate;and named in prior
correction deed dated December 26,2012 recorded January 4,2013 at Liber D00012716,
Page 160 stating"correction: delete George H. Precht, Sr. as having a life estate"). The
conveyance in the prior deed and correction deed intended to be no reference to George H.
Precht,Sr.
SAID PREMISES ARE KNOWN AS: 1410 New Suffolk Road,Cutchogue,New York
11935
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances,and also all the estate which the said decedent had at
the time of decedent's death in said premises,and also the estate therein,which the party of
the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of,whether individually,or by virtue of
said will or otherwise;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,
except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold
the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of
paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of
the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
