abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights,of the party of the first part in and to said premises:TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
• granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby

Office on April 9`s, 1970 as Map Number 5448; said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the easterly side of Dogwood Lane distant 379.50 feet southerly from the extreme
southerly end of the curve connecting the southerly side of Stanley Road and the easterly side of Dogwood Lane; said
point also being the division line between Lot Nos. 39 and 40 as shown on above-mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 78 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East, 200.39 feet to a monument
set at the division line between premises herein and land now or formerly of Thomas and Mary Wilson;
