other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release
unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,

formerly of Tuthill; Running thence along land now or formerly of Tuthill North 28 degrees 37
minutes 40 seconds West 100.37 feet to land now or formerly of Stone; Running thence along
land of Stone North 56 degrees 28 minutes 20 seconds East 218.09 feet to the westerly line of
Alvah's Lane; Running thence along the westerly line of Alvah's Lane South 55 degrees 31
minutes 40 seconds East 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the premises described in deed to the party of the first

consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of

sense of this indenture so requires.
