paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Bayview,near Southold,in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lot No. 29 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Bay Haven at Southold, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y." surveyed December 10, 1958 by Otto W. Van Tuyl& Son, Licensed Land
Surveyors,Greenport, New York and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 22,
1959,as Map No.2910,which said lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Bay Haven Lane distant 504.12 feet southwesterly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the southwesterly side of Main Bayview Road with the
northwesterly side of Bay Haven Lane,said point also being where the division line between Lots 28 and 29 on
the above mentioned map intersects the northwesterly side of Bay Haven Lane;
RUNNING THENCE South 37 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds West along the northwesterly side of
Bay Haven Lane, 125.00 feet to the division line between Lots 29 and 30 on the above mentioned map;
THENCE North 52 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds West along said last mentioned division line,
125.00 feet;
THENCE North 37 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds East, 125.00 feet to the division line between Lots
28 and 29 first above mentioned;
THENCE South 52 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds East along said division line between Lots 28 and
29, 125.00 feet to the northwesterly side of Bay Haven Lane,the point or place of BEGINNING
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Phillip A. Palese and Nora M. Palese herein
by deed dated September 22, 1981,recorded September 25, 1981 at Liber 9075 pages 472-474.

This is a Confirmatory Deed to confirm title into the named Trustees of The Philip A. Palese and Nora M.
Palese January 3, 2013 Revocable Living Trust conveyed in Deed dated January 3, 2013, recorded April 30,
2013 in Liber 12728 Cp 174. Philip A. Palese, previous Owner/Trustee died a resident of Nassau County,New
York on May 15,2015.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word"party" shall be construed as if it read "parties"when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
