ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated at Lot No. 2 on a certain map known as "Minor Subdivision Map
for Raymond Jay Akscin and Stella M. Akscin, at Bayview, Southold New York", which said map was filed with the
Suffolk County Clerk on October 4, 2002 as Map No. 10838 described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is the following two distances from the corner formed by the intersection of the
northeasterly side of Main Bayview Road and the southerly side of Midland Parkway:
1) Southeasterly 644.42 feet; and
2) North 30 degrees 32 minutes 10 seconds East,497.42 feet to the true point of beginning;
THENCE from said point of beginning along the premises hereinafter described and lands now or formerly of Francis
Akscin North 30 degrees 36 minutes 10 seconds East,384.80 feet;
THENCE still along said lands, South 69 degrees 26 minutes 50 seconds East, 256.90 feet to a point and Lot 3 on
aforementioned map;
