(2) The extension of the house by adding a porch at its side, thereby maintaining the same front yard setback of 34 feet as opposed to 35 feet, will not significantly alter the neighborhood and is on its face not a significant or substantial variance. The existing structure is 34 feet from the edge of the right of way(which is essentially a driveway) and the continuation of the house at the 34-foot setback line will not have an adverse effect on the physical or environmental conditions in the neighborhood.
