H. Board and Office Policies, Practices, and Activities:
ZBA Annual Training
At the August 6, 2015 Regular Meeting, Town Engineers Jamie Richter and Michael
Collins presented a comprehensive review of Chapter 236 of the Town Code
(Stormwater Management), including the use of various forms and checklists to
analyze site conditions and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP),
interdepartmental procedures used to review code compliance, how to look for illegal
discharges when conducting site inspections and best management practices designed
to control site runoff.
HI. FinancialVBudget/Personnel Issues:
ZBA 2016 Budget
On August 14, 2015 1 met with Supervisor Russell and Comptroller Cushman to
discuss the ZBA's 2016 budget. No increases over the 2015 budget were proposed.
