construct two dry stone retaining walls with planting beds between them, together with a

Please note that we are above the DEC jurisdiction (NJR on file) The Trustees permitted us
to fill the pool and pave the entire area of approximately 160 square feet, we propose to

limited interior renovations, including a new Kitchen Also included is the abandonment and

retention via downspouts and drywells, which will not change, nor need to be expanded
