THENCE CONTINUING on the same course North 18 degrees 40 minutes 10
seconds West, 100 feet to a concrete monument set at the Southeasterly
corner of the lands now or formerly of the said George E. Raynor and
Edith Louise Raynor, his wife; and
THENCE CONTINUING ON THE SAME COURSE AND RUNNING ALONG THE EASTERLY line
of lands last mentioned, 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNTNG.
TOGETHER with a right of way over a strip of land 20 feet in width, the
center line of which begins at the Southeasterly corner of the premises
and runs North 74 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds East, 202.51 feet to the
Westerly line of Naugles Drive;
ALSO with a right of way over.'a strip of land 10 feet: in width adjoining
the Southerly boundary of the premises, the Northerly line of which 's
the Southerly boundary line of the premises and the Southerly line of whic
is parallel with and 10 feet Southerly from said Northerly line, measured
at right angles thereto.
