This Deed is a correction deed to correct a deed from Samuel Babcock Prellwitz
to the grantees herein said Deed dated June 25, 1981
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 9042 Page 590 and recorded
July 28, 1981. The correction being made is to include the right-of-way to
P9eonic Bay which was inadvertently omitted in the deed to Richardson in Liber 9042
Page 590.
