WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows$
Northerly by Pike Street twenty (20) feet; Easterly by land of
I Ethel B. Conklin and Viola B. Conklin seventy-five (75) feet$
Southerly by land of William T. Riley and George H. Riley
K twenty (20) feet; and Westerly by land now or formerly of Emil
Myrus seventy-five (75) feet; and containing by estimation fifteen-
10 hundred (1500) square feet$ reserving to said Everett L. Conklin the

insurance, all other repairs to be made by the parties of the
