Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and by the Lot Number 5, on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Property of George, William T. and D.T. Riley", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, on
November 27th, 1928 as map number 186 being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a the intersection of the easterly side of Bay Avenue and southerly side of Riley Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Riley Avenue north 70 degrees 31 minutes 250 feet to the division line
between Suffolk County Tax Map Lots 1 and 7.1:
THENCE along the division line between Suffolk County Tax Map Lots 1 and 7.1 south 19 degrees 29 minutes, east 75
feet•,
THENCE south 70 degrees 31 minutes west 250.00 feet along a course which runs parallel with the southerly side of
Riley Avenue;
THENCE north 19 degrees 29 minutes west 75.00 feet along the easterly side of Bay Avenue to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
