IWITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs `
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingAmft at Nassau Point, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, shown and designated as and by part of
Lot 144 on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map A of Section A,

Suffolk County, New York, surveyed June 21, 1919, by Halsey &
3 Van Tuyl, C.E. , Greenport, New York", and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922, as Map
' No. 156, said plot being more particularly bounded and described
as follows :
t BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly
line of Nassau Point Road with the northerly line of a 25 foot road
known as Little Peconic Bay Road, and from said point or place of
beginning RUNNING THENCE South 78° 36 ' 20" West along the northerly`

now or formerly of Diekmann; THENCE North 5° 23 ' 40" West along
said last mentioned land, a distance of 124. 58 feet to land now
or formerly of Jacobsen; THENCE North 78° 36 ' 20" East along goid
last mentioned land, a distance of 283. 29 feet to the westerly
- line of Nassau Point Road; THENCE southerly along the westerly
line of Nassau Point Road as it curves, a distance of 125.47 feet

the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
