known and designated as Lot No, 26 on survey map entitled "Map of Subdivision
known as Kennewood" made by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors,
dated January 9, 1954 and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March
30, 1954 as Map No. 2180, which said lot is more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Kenney's Road distant 139.12 feet
southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of
Kenney's Road with the southerly side of Sound View Avenue, said point also
being where the division line between Lots 26 and 27 as shown on said map
intersects the westerly side of Kenney's Road;
RUNNING THENCE Southerly along the westerly side of Kenney's Road South 42
degrees 10 minutes 20 seconds East'75.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 47 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds West 143.51 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 41 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds Westl75.00 feet to the
above mentioned division line;
RUNNING THENCE E,�Rterly along said division line North 47 degrees 49 minutes
40 seconds East 143.04 feet to the westerly side of Kenney's Road the point
or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all rights, title and interest of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises, to the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to John Fugosich and Lucy
Fugosich by deed dated August 26, 1965 and recorded on September 7, 1965 in

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of,whether individ.
ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.'
AND theparty of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby thetsaid premises have been incumbered it, any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part .in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that theparty
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive succonsid.f
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other eurpose.
The word party"shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
